Acceptance
By accessing or using Dart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dart. If you are under the age required in your country, you may use the app only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
Using the app
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or access it in ways not permitted by law.
Accounts and subscriptions
Dart does not require an account. If you choose a paid subscription, billing is handled by Apple’s App Store and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store settings.
User content
You retain ownership of any text you paste or import. You grant Dart a limited license to process and display that text on your device so the app can provide its reading features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you use.
Intellectual property
The app, including its design and content, is owned by you and protected by applicable laws.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dart is a reading tool and does not guarantee improvements in reading speed or comprehension.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dart and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the effective date above and provide additional notice if required.
